Salary: £18,244 - £18,533 per annum

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to provide consistent 1:1 support to a student with an EHCP at The Beacon EMAB (mainstream autism base). This temporary, part-time role involves supporting a student with ASD to access the curriculum effectively, working closely with the MABCo and EMAB team to meet the student's needs and support their educational outcomes.

Position Details
  1. Temporary position, supporting a named student.
  2. Part-time, 31 hours per week, during term time only, over five days (Monday to Friday).
  3. Working hours: Monday (8:40 – 4:20), Tuesday to Friday (8:40 – 3:20).
  4. Includes five TEDs (teacher education days).
  5. Salary Grade: TA2, points 5 - 6 (£18,244 - £18,533 per annum; full-time equivalent £24,790 - £25,183).
