We are currently looking to recruit a hardworking, reliable Learning Support Assistant to support the delivery of a high-quality, accessible curriculum across our school. We seek someone with commitment, energy, and drive to work closely with class teachers and the Leadership Team to provide positive learning experiences for all pupils.

Requirements include:

  • Good literacy and numeracy skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience working with young people in an educational environment
  • A desire to transform the educational experience for students and create an exceptional learning environment
  • High expectations of learning and behaviour, with the ability to inspire and motivate children
  • The ability to support children in small groups or one-to-one, including those with an EHC plan
  • Supportive, nurturing, and understanding attitude with high expectations
  • Attend training and meetings
