Job summary

The Ripley Academy is seeking a well organised Learning Support Assistant on a part-time basis to support the SEND department. The successful candidate will work with students to achieve their full potential and assist staff in delivering targeted learning support.

• Support students in the SEND department to achieve their full potential.
• Assist teaching staff in class activities and learning support.
• Liaise with students, staff and parents as appropriate.
