We're working on behalf of a special school in South Gloucestershire seeking a Learning Support Assistant. The school supports students with various special needs including SLD, PMLD, ASD, MLD, and Complex Needs, aged 4-16.

Their priority is to cater to each student's individual needs.

The role

This position involves working with a KS2 class of students with Complex Needs, comprising 6 students and 3 other TAs. You will have the opportunity to build strong bonds with students and collaborate effectively with the team.

Experience working with special needs and disabilities is essential. Candidates should be kind, calm, nurturing, patient, and team-oriented.
