We are working with an excellent SEN School located in Horsham which requires full-time learning support assistants to support pupils 1:1 and in small groups.

The school is architecturally designed with autism in mind and has excellent facilities, making this an excellent place to work and learn. Due to recent expansion, we’re looking for caring, enthusiastic, and energetic individuals to help students navigate school life!

The role;

1. Work within a friendly, professional team of staff—providing social, emotional, and academic support for autistic students.
2. Play a key part in helping students unlock their potential.
3. Monitor student progress and ensure their development is on track.
4. Engage in staff training and development opportunities.
5. Ensure student safety at all times.

While direct education experience is advantageous, applications from individuals who believe they have the skills to thrive in this sector are welcome.

Some days can be challenging, but with your support and dedication, students will overcome obstacles and enjoy their educational journey.
