Are you passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives? A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team immediately.

Location: Birmingham
Start Date: ASAP
Daily Rate: £90 – £110 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in and out of the classroom, one-to-one or in small groups
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to aid lesson preparation and classroom management
  • Encourage positive learning behaviours and inclusion
  • Monitor and record student progress
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience working with children or young people, ideally in a school setting
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students
  • Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake training
Requirements

All applicants must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
