Learning Support Assistant - Salisbury

An enriching and dynamic opportunity awaits you as a Learning Support Assistant at a highly regarded primary school in Salisbury, boasting excellent transportation links and on-site parking. In this role, you will champion the development of learning and social skills in children with additional needs. Your responsibilities will span from one-to-one individual support to guided small group learning and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build empathetic and effective relationships with children, adapting your approach to meet their specific needs.
  2. Collaborate closely with teachers, educational psychologists, and other professionals to ensure the accurate implementation of personalised educational plans.
  3. Create and adapt support materials to empower children to thrive in a mainstream classroom setting and foster an engaging and stimulating learning environment.

  • Role: Learning Support Assistant
  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Location: Salisbury
  • Salary: 80 - 95 per day
  • Hours: Full-Time, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
