Are you a recent Psychology or Childhood Studies graduate seeking a full-time Learning Support Assistant role supporting children with Autism and complex learning difficulties?

A wonderful primary school in Erdington, Birmingham, is looking for a personable and experienced Learning Support Assistant to support two KS2 pupils with complex learning needs throughout the upcoming academic year.

Your responsibilities will include providing individual and small group academic, social, and emotional support to these pupils inside and outside the classroom.

  • Providing tailored SEN support to KS2 children
  • Creating a warm, safe, and supportive environment
  • Supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom
  • Monday to Friday, from September 2025 to July 2026
  • Paid £475/week during term time, working hours 08:30–15:30
  • Located in Erdington (B23)
