Are you an incoming or recent Psychology or Childhood Studies graduate looking to secure a full-time Learning Support Assistant role supporting children with Autism and complex learning difficulties?

A wonderful primary school located in Erdington, Birmingham, is eager to find an outgoing, experienced, and personable Learning Support Assistant to support two KS2 pupils with complex learning needs throughout the upcoming academic year.

In this role, the successful candidate will provide dedicated individual and small group academic, social, and emotional support to two KS2 children with complex learning difficulties.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Providing individual & small group SEN support to KS2 children
  • Creating a warm, safe, and comforting environment for pupils
  • Working both inside and outside the classroom
  • Monday to Friday from September 2025 to July 2026
