Job summary

Lincoln Minster School in Lincoln is seeking a proactive Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil in Key Stage 1 at the Prep School. The role focuses on helping the pupil engage with learning and build confidence.

You will work closely with staff, parents and external professionals to support the pupil's academic, social and emotional development, encouraging independence and positive behaviour.

We are seeking a proactive and caring Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil in Key Stage 1 at the Prep School. The successful candidate will support the pupil's academic, social and emotional development, helping them to access the curriculum, build confidence and develop positive relationships.

Working closely with staff, parents and external professionals, they will encourage independence, promote positive behaviour, and provide a safe, nurturing environment in which the child can thrive and achieve their full potential.

The closing date for application is the 21st of Sepetmber.

The start date for this role is expected to be Novemeber 2026 or sooner if possible.
