Job summary

East Huntspill Primary School is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our inclusive team. This part-time, permanent role supports students to engage confidently and independently in their learning, with duties including classroom support, resource preparation, and health-care assistance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom support for pupils, planned and supervised by teachers.
• Support colleagues by assisting with resource preparation, display and care and support of pupils including health care.
• Keep records of work in order to provide feedback and general support.
• Accurately record student records and liaise with colleagues, parents, carers and third parties when necessary.
