Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (Numeracy)
Location: The Greater Horseshoe School, Heathfield
Salary: From £20,906.25 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Mon/Wed/Thur/Fri 8.30am – 3.45pm, Tue 8.30am - 5pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

Role Overview:
You will work under the direction of the Maths Head of Faculty, supporting pupils in Numeracy and Maths through classroom activities, small groups, or 1:1 sessions. The role involves helping students develop their understanding of Number, Shape, Space & Measure, and supporting their interaction and communication skills.
Who We Are Looking For:
We seek adaptable individuals capable of working in various classroom roles, both indoors and outdoors, with a caring and responsive approach. Experience as a Teaching Assistant Level 2 or 3 or NVQ in Health and Social Care Level 2 or 3 is preferred.
