A leading educational institution in Solihull is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with severe and complex learning disabilities. The role involves assisting with educational and medical care needs, working closely with parents and professionals. Full training will be provided, and the position offers a supportive school community focused on student well-being and achievement.
Band B Learning Support Assistant
1 x Fixed Term Funded Post from ASAP until 31 December 2025
1 x Fixed Term Contract from 1 September 2025 to 31 August 2027
Salary: Band B - £24,027 - £24,790 (pro-rata) £18,092 - £18,667 (Actual Salary)
This is subject to qualifications and experience.
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.45am – 3.45pm, 32.5 hours, 39 weeks per year (Term time only)
Governors are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant. The role will entail supporting pupils with education, care and medical care needs. Full training will be given to support pupils with medical care needs, but some healthcare or medical care experience would be desirable.
