Job Title: Learning Support Assistant - Social and Emotional Mental Health / Behavioural needs

Location: Redditch

Salary Scale: £90 – 100 a day

Contract type: Temp – Perm

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join our specialist SEMH provision in Redditch. The role involves supporting students' social and emotional development using restorative practices. Building strong relationships with students is essential, especially in the initial weeks, while also demonstrating academic potential and social maturity.

Our SEMH provision believes every student can succeed and aims to provide a safe, nurturing environment for growth. We value candidates who share our passion for supporting young people.

This role requires a strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and successful applicants must pass all background checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
