Are you a Psychology graduate eager to gain practical experience supporting young people with additional needs?

A Secondary School in Maidenhead is seeking a dedicated and caring Learning Support Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers who want to build valuable, hands‑on experience working with students with a variety of special educational needs.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional learning needs.
• Support students in accessing the curriculum and developing their confidence and independence.
• Work closely with teachers to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Encourage students to participate actively in lessons and school activities.
• Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, and engagement throughout the school day.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with students, helping them reach their individual potential.

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
• Contract: Full-time

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy.
