A specialist educational institution is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support secondary aged boys with Autism Spectrum Conditions. The role includes working with students in both classroom and community environments to foster independence and social inclusion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of GCSE Level education and experience in educational settings. Full-time, term-time position with generous benefits including paid holidays.

SALARY: £25,185 - £25,989 per annum Actual (NJC Points 4-6)

Swalcliffe Park School provides specialist residential education and care for around 70 secondary aged boys (10-19 yrs) all of whom are on the Autism Spectrum. We are currently seeking to employ a highly motivated and professional Learning Support Assistant to join our established team. Duties include supporting Key Stage 3 and/or 4 students in a range of learning situations both in school and within the community.
Working as a Learning Support Assistant you will uphold the vision, holistic ethos and policies of the school and work in compliance with the school s Quality of Life Framework. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to help ensure that the school maintains an Outstanding Ofsted judgement for the quality of education and care provided for all students.
