George Salter Academy is seeking a caring, committed and enthusiasticLearning Support Assistant (LSA)to join our dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people by supporting their learning and personal development in a vibrant secondary school environment.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and the SENCO to support students with additional learning needs, helping them to access the curriculum, build confidence and achieve their potential. Your work may involve 1:1 support, small group work, and in-class assistance across a range of subjects.

Contract Type: Permanent, term time plus 1 week
Contract Term: Part-time (28 hours and 20 minutes per week)
Salary: OAT Grade 2, SCP 3-5 - £15,807 - £16,309 actual salary (£24,027 - £24,790 FTE)
