About the Role As an LSA, you will play a vital role in assisting students with a range of learning needs, helping them engage fully in lessons and achieve their best.
You will work closely with teachers and support staff to ensure that every child feels valued in an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons for all students.
Provide one-to-one or small group support for students requiring additional assistance.
Help create and maintain an inclusive classroom where all students feel supported.
Monitor student progress, offering constructive feedback and encouragement.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure that the individual needs of each student are met.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and carers to support both academic and emotional development.
What We’re Looking For We would love to hear from you if you are: Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners.
Skilled at building strong relationships with children and colleagues.
Able to adapt your approach to meet the varied learning needs of students.
A strong communicator with a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
Experience working with children, particularly in a primary or learning support role, is desirable but not essential.
