Learning Support Assistant

LSA - Learning Support Assistant - Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire - Immediate Start - £90 to £110 p/day depending on experience - Temp to perm opportunity available

Are you an experienced teaching assistant / learning support assistant who's looking for a new challenge?

Tradewind Recruitment are working closely with a mainstream school in Welwyn Garden City who are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant in their school on a temp to perm basis.

About the School

This school works hard to ensure that all children receive the finest education possible throughout their time there, so that they leave as competent, confident learners capable of building on their achievements in the future. They understand how important good relationships are for the students' progress, not only between students and teachers, but also between parents, carers, and the academy. About You
  1. Holds relevant qualifications or has experience as a TA/LSA in a UK secondary/SEN school
  2. SEN experience is desirable
  3. The ability to adapt to each child's needs
  4. Available Monday to Friday
  5. Strong communication skills with a 'can-do' attitude!
