Learning Support Assistant (Learner Specific)

The JCB Academy

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed individual to join us in August 2025. You will provide support for a specific learner with special educational/physical needs to ensure they are fully included within the academy community, can access the curriculum, and make progress. You will also provide personal care for the learner when required and collaborate with other professionals in supporting the learner.

The JCB Academy is innovative and unique, developing business leaders and engineers from Y9 to Sixth Form. We offer Intermediate (Level 2) and Advanced (Level 3) apprenticeship programmes, as well as an Engineering T-level, providing learners with additional qualification options after their GCSEs. We work with esteemed partners such as Bosch Rexroth, Harper Adams University, JCB, Rolls-Royce, and Toyota Motor Manufacturing.
