Learning Support Assistant - Lewisham, London

The school holds a "Good" Ofsted grade, the school prides themselves in their supportive and creative environment for both students and staff alike.

As a Learning Support Assistant you will be required to support the class teacher in developing the learning of all pupils and at times working with individual children on a 1:1 basis.

Learning Support Assistant

We are currently seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work on either a 1:1 basis, or within a group of students.

The successful candidate will have past LSA experience, ideally supporting children with ASD, ADHD and Language Difficulties.

The ideal candidate is flexible and accommodating and passionate about the progress of students inside the classroom and outside.

To apply for this role, you MUST have:

- A good academic background

- An ability to manage groups of children, possessing great behaviour management skills

- Excellent communication skills - spoken and written

- Good organisation skills
