The ideal candidate should have experience in supporting students on the Autistic spectrum and be proactive in challenging situations. we are looking for passionate support staff
Veritas are working with a SEN school that specialises in caring for students on the Autistic spectrum. The school is based in Croydon and caters for ages 2-19 years.
The school have on site school psychologists, behaviour co coordinators and S&L therapists. The classes have 5-8 students per class and the ratio is usually 1 LSA to 2 students.
The school are looking for an LSA with ASD experience. Having experience in dealing with challenging situations and being proactive in your approach to these children is essential - but will also consider people with social worker/support worker backgrounds that have a keen interest in supporting these young individuals.
Ideally candidates will be based locally, have access to a car and be able to commit for the duration of the booking. Located a mile from public transport train links.
