Gold Education Recruitment is actively seeking an LSA for a full-time role at a school in Chelmsford. The position involves working with a EYFS class, both one-on-one and in group settings. The school offers a supportive environment and is committed to providing training for the ideal candidate.

The ideal candidates must have:

• SEN experience is not essential but would be useful

• Ideally the right candidate would have classroom experience especially with EYFS

• A passion for helping and supporting children

• Able to adapt well to different schools by being flexible and adjustable to schools policies and procedures
