Are you passionate about supporting students in their learning journey? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at a welcoming Specialist school in Trafford, Altrincham (WA15)

Role: Teaching AssistantLocation: Trafford, Altrincham (WA15) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PMPay: Up to 110 per dayStart Date: ASAP - Potential for Long-Term Placement for the Right Candidate

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting students one-to-one or in small groups.
Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Helping students with their classwork and providing additional support where needed.
Offering encouragement and motivation to students.

A proactive and positive approach to supporting students and experience with working with SEN in some capacity
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both students and staff.
A commitment to providing excellent support to ensure student success.
Patience and ability to build rapport and work with varying levels of needs
