Responsibilities

• Safeguard children and ensure their safety and wellbeing.
• Work with individual pupils and groups under teacher's direction.
• Help pupils access the full curriculum while promoting independent learning.
• Observe pupil performance and provide feedback to the teacher.
• Contribute to planning and evaluation of learning activities.
• Maintain a supportive environment for learning.
• Provide care for pupils' health and medical needs.
• Support pupils with special educational needs.
• Assist Senior Lead Teaching Assistant and Head of Inclusion.
• Ensure a welcoming environment in the Learning Support Centre.
