Academics are currently recruiting for dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to support one of our partner schools in Bath, which specializes in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Whether you have experience in Education and Training, care, psychology, or are looking to gain valuable classroom experience - we want to hear from you.

About the role:

You'll be working 1:1 or in small groups with children who require additional support, helping them to engage with their learning and build confidence in a safe, structured environment. This could include supporting students with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs. The role of a Learning Support Assistant is both rewarding and fulfilling, providing you with the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students in Bath.

What we're looking for:
  1. Enthusiastic, patient, and nurturing individuals
  2. Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults (this can include voluntary or personal experience)
