About the Role
We are looking for an excellent Learning Support Assistant to support within the classroom environment as well as have a good understanding of Phonics and Mathematics with the ability to lead some group and intervention sessions. You should also be able to lead other intervention as directed by the class teacher. Gwladys Street has a high percentage of children with additional needs therefore your role will include supporting a wide range of abilities. A caring nature and passionate about supporting the needs of all pupils is essential to help them achieve their full potential. You must enjoy working in a fully inclusive school, where the schools vision of making a real difference to the lives of our children.
