Pay Scale: £89.00-£100.00 per day

Are you a recent graduate who is looking for a fantastic opportunity to assist children at the beginning of their education? Do you have a love for learning and want to pass it on to the next generation of pupils?

A desirable primary school in Oxfordshire are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic graduate to join their team of learning support assistants at the beginning of the new academic year- September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate to have a meaningful impact on the education system and assist pupils who may need additional help in the classroom. This role would help the class teacher in supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis as well as helping plan and carry out engaging and enriching activities throughout the day. This role is suitable for a candidate who is looking to offer support in all year groups (KS1-KS2). The perfect candidate for the role as a learning support assistant will be provided with excellent training upon beginning the role, and the primary school pledges to support their learning support assistant through any training they may undertake.
