Meadows First School,

23 hours per week TA2 SCP 5 - 6 - £13536 - £13750 per annum (£24,790 - £25,183 FTE)

4.50 hours per week TA3 SCP 7 - 17 - £2733 - £3211 per annum (£25,584 - £30,050 FTE)

Lunchtime 2.50 hours per week SC1 2- £1,373 per annum (£23656 FTE)

Required for September 2025; Learning Support Assistant Grade 213 (depending on experience) for 30 hours per week, term time only plus training days, permanent contract.

Meadows First School is an Outstanding First School located in the heart of Bromsgrove and we are seeking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and highly motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our hard-working team in Key Stage 1/2.

This varied role will involve working for a proportion of your time as a classroom support assistant and some covering PPA time for teachers. There is also 30 minutes of lunchtime cover each day.

The successful candidate will:.

• Have NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent,
• Have experience of working with children in a school setting.
• Have experience of covering a class for timetabled longer periods of time such as PPA cover following set plans
• Have the ability to maintain positive relationships with students and other adults.
• Have the ability to contribute effectively to teachers' planning and preparation for lessons.
• lnspire, challenge and motivate children to achieve
• Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• Be committed to fostering excellent relationships between parents, carers and the community
