We are seeking compassionate individuals with experience and understanding in supporting students with learning difficulties, mental health challenges, and/or social disadvantages that may create significant barriers to learning.

Role Overview:

The role aims to ensure that all students can access their courses effectively. You will liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies to develop tailored learning plans for individual students.

Students are aged 16+ and will have a range of additional learning needs, from moderate to complex.
