Job summary

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated staff member for an outstanding Ofsted-rated school with multiple sites in Croydon. This full-time position begins in September 2026 and offers consistent hours from 8:30am to 4:00pm, five days a week.

The role involves supporting a classroom of 6–8 pupils with 1:1 or small-group sessions and assisting children and young adults with special needs. UK-based childcare or support experience within the last three years is preferred.

Qualifications

• UK-based childcare or support experience within the last 3 years.
• Experience in a support or care role is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 5 days a week, from 8:30am to 4:00pm.
• Be assigned a classroom of 6–8 pupils.
• Provide 1:1 or small-group support with the children in the classroom.
• Support children and young adults with special needs.
