Learning Support Assistant for SEND School

West Midlands / Temporary / £100 - £115 per day

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for a SEND school in Staffordshire.

Are you an experienced LSA eager for a new challenge? Do you wish to make a positive impact on children with additional needs?

An exceptional special needs school in Staffordshire is looking for a positive, enthusiastic LSA to start immediately. You will work with students who have autism, learning difficulties, and may display challenging behaviour, so strong behaviour management skills and a supportive attitude are essential. Your role will involve supporting students on a one-to-one basis and assisting the Class Teacher as needed.

The school caters to students aged 11-16 with an adapted curriculum, providing education for those unable to attend mainstream schools.

Applicants should have a good standard of education and the ability to identify areas for student improvement and development during one-to-one support.
