St Michael’s CofE Primary School is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to work across Reception and KS1. The role is a fixed-term, term-time position for 16.25 hours per week (Mon-Fri 08:45-12:00), with the London Fringe Allowance included in the salary.

The successful candidate will support literacy and numeracy, assist with social needs and ensure safeguarding and inclusion outcomes. Experience with SEND and a passion for helping vulnerable children is desirable.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or working with children with additional needs.
• Ability to establish positive relationships with pupils and parents.
• Commitment to equality, health and safety procedures and safeguarding guidelines.

• Support across Reception and KS1 with literacy, numeracy and social needs.
• Promote positive behaviour and keep pupils on track.
• Assist with educational visits and structured learning activities.
