Learning Support Assistant for Autism

In this role, you'll be:

  • Supporting classroom learning by helping pupils access resources and participate fully in lessons
  • Partnering with teaching staff to modify materials and make content suitable for individual needs
  • Promoting social connections and supporting participation in school clubs and special events
  • Delivering focused one-to-one sessions to strengthen classroom learning and boost academic progress
  • Collaborating with the school's SEND and implementing approaches for each child's growth and learning journey
  • Leading small group activities
  • Providing individual support when needed
