St Ninians Primary School in Stirling is seeking a motivated Support for Learning Assistant to join the team. Hours are four days per week from 9:00am to 3:00pm, with duties in class, small groups, and individual settings to support pupils with additional needs, including outdoor learning.

The role involves supervising pupils at break and lunch, promoting positive relationships and wellbeing through restorative approaches, and contributing to an inclusive school environment.

• Relevant experience and a commitment to supporting children's learning and wellbeing are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with a range of additional needs through planned activities, delivered in class, in small groups and on an individual basis, including outdoor learning.
• Supervise and support pupils during break and lunchtime, promoting positive relationships and wellbeing through a restorative approach.
• Promote attainment and inclusion and work as part of the Support for Learning team.
