Eteach seeks a dedicated Learning Support Assistant for the Aspire@Hanley team. This role involves working closely with the SENCO to support students with special educational needs, ensuring a caring and effective learning environment. Flexible working hours and a commitment to safeguarding children are key aspects of this position.
We are seeking to appoint a caring, dedicated Learning Support Assistant (Teaching Assistant) to join our Aspire@Hanley team. The successful candidate will work closely with the SENCO, Deputy SENCO and Senior LSA to implement the whole-school SEND strategy and ensure that Quality First Teaching is delivered to students with SEND.
Working Hours: Flexible up to 25 hours per week (5 days). Minimum 5 hours (1 full day). Available working hours are 9:15am – 3:15pm, Monday to Friday (includes 2 x 30-minute breaks).
Please specify your preferred hours and days in your application. We will aim to accommodate the successful candidates preferences at the point of appointment, though final hours will be agreed based on the school’s operational needs and will remain consistent.
Salary: £23,656 FTE (pay award pending). £13,730 pro-rated to 25 hours per week, and term-time only.
