Job summary

Nescot in Epsom, Surrey, is seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants for both part-time and full-time roles. You will support students in class, encourage independence, and may assist students with personal care when needed.

Experience with learners who have difficulties and an empathy-driven approach are essential. DBS clearance and willingness to undergo screening are required.

Qualifications

• Good organisational and team working skills.
• Confidence using IT for administrative tasks.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent.
• Understanding and empathy with students who have learning difficulties or behavioural challenges.
• Willingness to work across different vocational contexts.
