Job summary

Supply Desk is seeking Teaching Assistants to support students across West Sussex in a range of educational settings. These opportunities may include working with learners who benefit from additional support with behaviour, emotional regulation, confidence, or engagement in their education.

You'll play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers, develop resilience, and achieve positive outcomes, with roles across classrooms and 1:1 or small-group support, ensuring a safe and productive

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people.
• Background in education, care, youth work, coaching, mentoring, or support work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A positive and proactive attitude.
• The resilience to thrive in varied educational settings.
