Outcomes First Group's Oakfield House School is a specialist primary setting for autistic pupils and those with additional learning, communication or behavioural needs. We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our dedicated team, to inspire, encourage and empower students to thrive inside and outside the classroom.

You will work alongside experienced teachers delivering a personalised curriculum, provide 1:1 and small group support, monitor progress and help

Qualifications

• Must have GCSE English and Maths grade 4/C or above.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Able to work with a range of learning needs and behaviours.
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.

Responsabilités

• Support teachers in delivering a broad, engaging and personalised curriculum.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to help students access learning and achieve goals.
• Assist in implementing educational and behavioural programmes for diverse needs.
• Encourage students' confidence, independence and positive relationships.
• Monitor and record students' academic, social and emotional progress and share feedback.
