Job summary

We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Studley. This permanent role is 30 hours per week, 8:15am–3:15pm, term time only plus 5 TED days. You will support students and contribute to the wider life of the school, helping learners reach their best.

We offer strong CPD, supportive colleagues, and career progression as part of a friendly school community in the Shires.

Qualifications

• Have GCSE passes in Maths and English C+ / 4 or equivalent.
• Are committed to supporting students to achieve to their very best.
• Are a team player with a positive outlook and a proactive approach to work.
• Understand some of the barriers to learning young people face.
• Are committed to further CPD and progression.

Responsibilities

• Support students and contribute to the wider life of the school.
• Assist in daily learning activities and classroom routines.
• Provide positive, enthusiastic support to staff and pupils.
• Help with inclusion and CPD pathway.
