Learning Support Assistant - ADHD Focus Primary School in Lambeth
Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them reach their full potential? A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Learning Support Assistant to support a student with ADHD in a welcoming primary school setting in Lambeth, starting this September.

Role: Learning Support Assistant
Location: Primary School, Lambeth
Start Date: September 2025

Your Role Will Involve:
Providing tailored one-on-one support to a student with ADHD, helping them stay engaged and succeed in the classroom.
Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised strategies that support learning and behaviour.
Encouraging emotional regulation and building routines that promote focus and self-confidence.
Supporting the development of positive social skills and encouraging independence in daily activities.
Assisting the student throughout the school day, including during transitions, breaks, and enrichment sessions.

What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working with children on an individual basis, particularly those with ADHD or similar needs.
A calm, supportive, and adaptable approach to learning support.
Great communication and teamwork skills.
Relevant qualifications or training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) support are desirable.
