Five Education is seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant to support pupils in Bridgwater, with a focus on autism. You will help pupils engage with activities and routines, encouraging communication, independence and positive behaviour while working closely with teachers and support staff.
Experience in a school or SEND setting is preferred; the role requires patience, calmness, and a nurturing approach along with safeguarding awareness and two references. DBS check is required or in process.
