Your Role as a Learning Support Assistant:
- Support students with additional or complex learning needs within the classroom
- Provide 1:1 and small group interventions, both academically and emotionally
- Help maintain a calm, inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to remove learning barriers
