About the Role:

  • Provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs across KS3 and KS4.
  • Work closely with classroom teachers to ensure inclusive teaching strategies are in place.
  • Offer 1:1 and small group interventions to boost academic and social progress.
  • Build positive, professional relationships with students, helping them feel confident and supported.
  • Monitor and record progress, contributing to student support plans and reviews.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience supporting children or young people, ideally within an educational setting.
  • A calm, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • A genuine passion for supporting students with SEND.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
