Job Title: Learning Support Assistant
Salary: £20,906.25 per annum
Contract: Permanent; Term Time Only
Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm
Start Date: April/May 2025

About the role
As a Learning Support Assistant based at our Newton Abbot / Ashburton school(s), you will be a key member of our team, enhancing the education of our students. This is a great opportunity in a growing school with excellent opportunities to build experience working amongst young people with Social, Emotional & Mental Health difficulties (SEMH).
The role will be challenging but rewarding, working in a dynamic environment where you can make a real difference. You will be expected to lead the teaching of and coordinate flexible, person-centred programmes of study for individuals and groups of pupils. You will demonstrate a practical, hands-on approach to teaching and be prepared to go above and beyond for the young people we support.
