Job summary

Measham Church of England Primary School is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a warm, welcoming team. You will support children across the classroom, in small groups and one-to-one, helping them engage in learning and build confidence.

Working closely with staff, you will contribute to pupils’ academic, social and emotional development, ensuring they feel safe, happy and ready to learn within a supportive school community.

The successful candidate will be flexible, proactive and committed to meeting the varying needs of children. You will be able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families and work effectively as part of a team to help create an environment where every child can thrive.
