A leading school in Stourbridge is seeking a part-time Learning Support Assistant to provide dedicated support to a pupil with special needs. The role involves assisting with personal care, encouraging independence, and supporting educational activities. Ideal candidates will have relevant childcare qualifications and a passion for helping children achieve their potential. The position requires flexibility in working arrangements and a commitment to safeguarding children.

Part-time, 30 hours per week (8.45am to 3.15pm, Monday to Friday)
Term Time Only
FTE £23,656
Actual salary based on TTO and 30 hours: £16,557.07 - £16,931.53
All staff are expected to accept reasonable flexibility in working arrangements and duties to raise pupil achievement. Any changes will be discussed, considering salary, status, and hours, in accordance with contractual guidelines.
