Learning Support Practitioner - Foundation Stage/KS1 | Term Time Only | September 2025 Start | Stoke Area

Are you a passionate and motivated Learning Support Practitioner looking to join a successful and supportive primary setting?

I'm currently working with a well-regarded Church of England primary school in the Stoke area, and we're looking to appoint a committed Learning Support Practitioner to join their Foundation Stage/Key Stage 1 team from September 2025.

This is a 33.5 hours per week, term-time only role - ideal for someone who thrives in an early years/KS1 environment and is eager to contribute to a nurturing, forward-thinking school community.

The Role:
You'll be part of a close-knit, collaborative team supporting young learners at a crucial stage of their development. The successful candidate will be a skilled classroom practitioner who values creativity, child-centred learning, and strong partnerships with families.

What We're Looking For:
- A dedicated and enthusiastic practitioner, ideally with experience in Foundation Stage and/or KS1
- Someone who believes in building strong family-school partnerships to raise achievement
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude
- An individual who is innovative and passionate about engaging children in their learning
- High expectations of both learning and behaviour
- Someone who aligns with a values-led approach and a shared whole-school vision
