St Anne’s RC Voluntary Academy is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team during term time with ongoing availability for 37 hours per week. The role is permanent and part of the Emmaus Catholic Trust, focusing on supporting pupils with complex learning and communication needs.
The successful candidate will work creatively to meet individual pupil needs, lead small-group interventions, and contribute to raising attainment within a supportive Catholic ethos.

Our ideal candidates will:
Be a creative, innovative, and empathetic Learning Support Assistant who is committed to meeting the needs of all pupils.
Have the knowledge and experience of working as a Learning Support Assistant with children who have complex learning and communication needs.
Have experience of leading, tracking and evaluating interventions with small groups of pupils.
Be self-motivated and can use their initiative and creativity to develop a variety of learning experiences for pupils with SEND.
Can identify and understand the needs of pupils and deliver exceptional support to ensure all pupils meet their full potential whilst at St Anne’s RC Voluntary Academy.
Provide unwavering support to ensure all pupils reach their full potential whilst at the St Anne’s RC Voluntary Academy.
