Job summary

Northchapel Primary School in West Sussex is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our friendly team on a fixed-term basis. The post is shared between two/three days per week, with working hours of 12.5 or 18.75 per day, based at Northchapel, Petworth.

The successful candidate will support pupils, contribute to safeguarding, and help create a nurturing learning environment that values creativity and collaboration.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (C or above).
• Ability to plan, prioritise tasks and follow teacher guidance.
• Trustworthy, approachable and passionate attitude towards making a positive impact on students.
